Availability and Booking

To confirm availability and book telephone 01929 471988 or use the online enquiry form. The cottage will be reserved whilst we mail your booking form/invoice; you must complete and return it with payment within 5 days to confirm your holiday. Last minute bookings are possible by email.

First Payment - 50% of rent

Final Payment - Due 8 weeks before holiday. If booking less than 8 weeks prior to holiday, full payment is required. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Cancellation:

Over two months prior to holiday, deposit refunded less £60 cancellation charge.
Within two months of holiday, rent refunded, if re-let, less £60 cancellation charge.

Short Breaks:

Bookings for October to May are accepted at any time however... Peak Time Bookings may only be made at short notice to allow priority for full week bookings.
Peak Times are the months of June to September plus the weeks of October half-term, Christmas, New Year, Easter and Spring Bank Holiday (end May).

A Short Break Can:

• Commence on any day of the week.
  
  
• Is priced at two thirds of the full week's rent for 3 nights; extra nights are 10% of the full week's rent.
  
  
• Special Deal: Mid-week bookings Mon - Thur, 4 nights for the price of 3.
  
  
• Rent includes all household fuels plus logs/coal from October to April. Bed linen and towels are provided.
